All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping (£12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Recommended for urgent orders

2. Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Shipping Areas: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote locations. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your area.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow our simple process below.

Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase must be included

Important Note:

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened electrical items from our Lighting & Electrical range unless they are faulty.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these steps for a smooth returns process:

  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
  3. Package securely – Use the original packaging with all accessories and documentation

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

Exchange Process

For exchanges:
