Our Returns Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Important Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on electrical items from our Lighting & Electrical range once opened, unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package your item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item from our Drainage & Guttering, Roof Coverings, or Water Pipes & Fittings ranges:
